ARCHDECO is an architectural studio founded in 1989 by Zbigniew Reszka, founder of “Architectural Creations” in Gdańsk and Michał Baryżewski, recipient of Fulbright Scholarship in the US, offering comprehensive design services for projects in the field of architecture and interior design, from investment preparation to construction supervision including investor substitution and general contracting.

With ongoing technological race the mission of Arch-Deco studio is to use the latest achievements to create contemporary architectural solutions with due respect to the location and nature of the designed object. The intended result is a contemporary, functional object with strong individual features, completed in agreement within the assumed budget and deadline. The main goal is customer satisfaction, that the investment has been managed in an effective manner and the building meets investor’s expectations and is up to date.

As one of the first companies on our market we began this type of comprehensive services thanks to extensive professional experience of the founders, both in Poland and in the USA. It went along with worldwide trends, where an architectural studio has constant control over quality of the project, up to the smallest detail, up until the end of the final handover. Our long-standing experience shows that such exhaustive investment services give the client the greatest control over the investment process.

Our studio has the necessary experience in realisations of multifunctional facilities and, as a result, crucial qualifications and over 40 accomplished and capable architect.

We would like to emphasize, that our highly qualified architects and professionals develop projects using the latest 3D design software – Autodesk Revit and in addition we offer full project management in accordance with the most important design certificates.
